Workshop Series gives Executives "go-to" Resource for Employee Management Training in Atlanta
Atlanta, GA (PRWeb) January 4, 2007 -- Joyfields Institute for Professional Development today announced the launch in Atlanta of a series of workshops designed to give executives a "go-to" outsourced training resource for developing their supervisors and managers in core employee management skills -- over just "two days." The workshops which last only 2 days kickoff in Atlanta, GA starting January 18 - 19 and January 22 - 23. View workshop details at http://www.joyfields.org/training_managerI.html.
In a statement released today, Joyfields president Sobem Nwoko said, "Executives no longer have to be burdened with setting up and designing training internally. They can send their people away for 2 days. When they return, they will have the skills they need to hit the ground running. Imagine that!" he said adding, "Employers are making a stronger commitment to their employees by getting them training they need to get work done right, increase output and revenues with less stress. The courses are offered in Atlanta and run for 2 days at a time beginning with the first in the series January 18 - 19. A second course is offered January 22 - 23 and subsequently once every month."
"Top firms everywhere realize to keep good employees, they must provide managers and supervisors with core skills they have to have. This also puts them in a very good position to compete in today's global economy. Unfortunately, many executives instead choose to let their management teams 'wing it' and set them up to fail. Or worse still let newly appointed managers 'figure it out' as they go!"
Joyfields will help change that. During 2007 the company will offer Employee Management courses each month.
"Just imagine," continued Nwoko, "two days and you have all the skills you need to work with your team of people to create a satisfied and productive workforce. With Joyfields, companies now have a destination to source out training for their new management appointees or to hone basic skills of tenured managers and supervisors. In two short days, attendees will be armed with skills they can use immediately they return to the office." Participants wishing to register may do so at http://www.joyfields.org/register.html.
The workshops are designed to provide core skills managers of people should have. "We will deliver this course over a 2-day period in an exciting interactive setting with case studies and role-plays. In that time we will give participants the core skills they need to work effectively with a team of people, increase output and revenues.
The courses are also customizable to be offered in-house if the companies prefer. For in-house programs, contact via email.
